Corporate team photography works best when the logistics and visual standard are planned before the shoot. The questions below cover space, consistency, turnaround, RAW files, team size and London availability.
How much space do you need for a mobile studio?
Ideally, a clear space of about 4×5 meters works well, such as a conference room, large office or quiet workspace. Smaller setups may be possible depending on the number of people and desired look.
Can you photograph the team at our office?
Yes. The mobile studio can be brought to your Berlin office, facility, factory or workspace. This makes the process easier for employees and reduces the need for off-site coordination.
How do you keep team portraits consistent over time?
We define a visual standard for lighting, background, crop, camera settings and retouching. For returning sessions or new hires, the same setup can be replicated as closely as possible.
Can you create a future-proof composite team photo?
Yes. Team members can be photographed individually and composited into a group portrait. This approach can make future updates easier when people join or leave the company.
What is the turnaround time for a large team?
Turnaround depends on the number of people and final image count. For larger teams, proof galleries and final retouched delivery are planned as part of the quote, with a realistic schedule agreed before the shoot.
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files are not delivered. The service includes proof galleries for selection and professionally edited final images that are ready for company websites, profiles, internal directories and press use.
Can you photograph office lifestyle and employer branding images?
Yes. In addition to headshots and group photos, office lifestyle images can be planned for recruitment pages, social media, presentations, website content and employer branding.
Are London corporate projects available?
Just A Headshot! Berlin is currently Berlin-based. Selected London corporate portrait and team photography projects are planned from late 2026 by appointment, but Berlin remains the current primary service area.
